2024 NORTHERN TRIDENTS MEMBERSHIP & TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Currency & Pricing
All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) at a rate of 15%. Additional fees or charges may apply, including those from your bank or card provider.
1.2 Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets can be purchased exclusively through the Flicket ticketing system, available on our official website or authorised outlets.
All ticket prices are listed on the ticketing platform and may be subject to additional fees (e.g., service charges, processing fees).
Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit ticket purchases per customer.
2.1 Ticket Transfer and Resale
Tickets purchased through the Flicket ticketing system may be transferred to another individual or resold, provided that the transfer or resale is conducted through authorized platforms or methods outlined by Northern Tridents venues.
The original ticket holder must notify Northern Tridents of the transfer by providing the name and contact information of the new ticket holder at least 48 hours before the event. This can be done via [contact method or email].
Any resale must not exceed the original purchase price and should comply with local laws and regulations regarding ticket resale.
Tickets that are transferred or resold through unauthorized means may be subject to cancellation without refund.
The new ticket holder will receive a new electronic ticket, which must be presented for entry to the venue.
3. Membership Terms
3.1 Definitions
For the purposes of these terms:
Member: The individual holding a Northern Tridents membership, which entitles them to the benefits outlined here.
Membership: A paid membership that grants specific access to Northern Tridents matches and associated benefits.
Membership Card: A card issued by Northern Tridents that grants entry to specific matches.
Primary Account Holder: The individual responsible for the Membership and all related correspondence and rights.
Secondary Account Holder: An individual using a Membership Card who is not the Primary Account Holder.
Venue: Refers to Northern Tridents' match locations.
Ticket: Proof of payment for access to a Northern Tridents event or match.
Ticket Holder: A person in possession of a valid Ticket.
3.2 Membership Categories
Northern Tridents offers the following membership types for the 2024 season:
Full-Season Memberships: Includes Platinum, Gold and Silver Types.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Payment Obligations
We offer fan subscriptions and paid memberships through our Site. By subscribing or purchasing a membership, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription or membership.
4.2 We reserve the right to change our fees or billing methods at any time. We will provide notice of any changes in advance.
4.3 Refunds will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
5. MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS & TRANSFER
5.1 Rights of Members
Members (Primary or Secondary) must adhere to these terms at all times. Primary Account Holders may transfer Membership rights to another person by notifying Northern Tridents in writing, but such transfers are subject to the organization’s approval.
5.2 Prohibition on Scalping
Membership Cards and Tickets cannot be resold for profit or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent from Northern Tridents. Reselling at face value or below is allowed, provided the buyer adheres to these terms.
6. MEMBER BENEFITS & LIMITATIONS
6.1 Limitations on Benefits
Some benefits may be subject to availability or capacity limitations. Northern Tridents reserves the right to limit access to certain benefits, such as entry to lounges, where capacity may be exceeded.
7. VENUE ENTRY CONDITIONS
7.1 Venue Regulations
Members and Ticket Holders must comply with all venue-specific rules and conditions, including those related to prohibited items, intoxication, and disorderly conduct.
Entry to the venue requires a valid ticket. Please present your electronic ticket on your mobile device or a printed copy at the entrance.
Northern Tridents reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who fails to present a valid ticket or does not comply with venue policies.
7.2 Bag & Vehicle Searches
Security personnel may conduct searches of bags, garments, or vehicles entering and leaving the venue. Refusal to comply with security measures may result in denied entry or removal from the venue.
7.3 Prohibited Items
Items such as alcohol, glass bottles, thermos flasks, commercial takeaway food, and dangerous objects are prohibited. A full list of restricted items will be provided by the venue.
